Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. All “clearance” sales are FINAL SALES. PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
However, if you discover within the first 30 days that your product is defective, you may return it for repair or replacement. Replacement will only be offered if your item cannot be repaired.
